Eighteen years of roofing the Southwest โ by craftspeople who still believe the best reputation is built one roof at a time.
Marcus Webb grew up watching his grandfather reroof houses in Tucson with a care that felt almost out of place in a trade known for cutting corners. After working 11 years for three different roofing companies โ watching each one prioritize volume over quality, upsell over honesty โ he started PeakCraft in 2006 with a single truck and a determination to do it differently.
"The roofing industry has a trust problem," Marcus says. "Too many contractors tell homeowners they need a full replacement when a repair would do. Too many use subcontractors who disappear when warranty issues surface. I wanted to build a company where those things just don't happen."
Eighteen years later, PeakCraft has grown to 24 full-time employees, completed over 3,400 projects, and maintained a 4.9-star average across all review platforms. The no-subcontractor policy still holds. The honesty still holds.
Not a poster on the wall โ the actual principles our crew uses to make decisions in the field every day.
We tell you what your roof actually needs โ not what maximizes our revenue. If a $300 repair will serve you for 8 more years, that's what we recommend. Period.
Every person who steps on your roof is a direct PeakCraft employee. No day-labor, no subcontracting. Average tenure: 7.4 years. They're here when warranty issues surface.
Every assessment, every estimate, every recommendation is committed to paper before any work begins. We believe verbal promises aren't promises at all.
We recycle torn-off shingles through certified facilities, use low-VOC adhesives, and recommend ENERGY STAR products whenever they make financial sense for you.
Our 10-year workmanship warranty is backed by an actual company with a physical address, licensed employees, and 18 years in business โ not a shell that disappears.
Every inquiry submitted during business hours gets a human reply within 4 hours. Our after-hours emergency line connects to an actual PeakCraft employee โ not an answering service.
