Why Marcus Started PeakCraft
Marcus Webb grew up watching his grandfather reroof houses in Tucson with a care that felt almost out of place in a trade known for cutting corners. After working 11 years for three different roofing companies — watching each one prioritize volume over quality, upsell over honesty — he started PeakCraft in 2006 with a single truck and a determination to do it differently.
"The roofing industry has a trust problem," Marcus says. "Too many contractors tell homeowners they need a full replacement when a repair would do. Too many use subcontractors who disappear when warranty issues surface. I wanted to build a company where those things just don't happen."
Eighteen years later, PeakCraft has grown to 24 full-time employees, completed over 3,400 projects, and maintained a 4.9-star average across all review platforms. The no-subcontractor policy still holds. The honesty still holds.
