2. Use of Our Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes related to learning about or engaging our services. You agree not to:

• Use the site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local law
• Transmit spam, unsolicited commercial messages, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our website or systems
• Scrape, crawl, or extract content from our website in bulk without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us

3. Service Estimates and Pricing

All pricing displayed on our website represents starting rates based on standard residential properties. Final pricing for any service is determined after an on-site property assessment considering roof size, pitch, slope complexity, selected materials, and current conditions.

We provide all estimates in writing before any paid work commences. No work begins without your explicit approval of the written scope and price. Verbal estimates or general ranges discussed during initial phone calls are not binding and do not constitute a contract.

Maintenance Plans

Monthly and annual maintenance plans are billed in advance at the start of each service period. Plans may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. We do not issue refunds for the current service period once it has commenced, but you will not be charged for any subsequent periods following proper cancellation notice.

4. Our Workmanship Warranty

All PeakCraft roofing installations include a 10-year workmanship warranty covering defects in installation technique and materials applied by our crew. This warranty is in addition to any manufacturer material warranties, which vary by product (typically 25–50 years for residential roofing materials).

The workmanship warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by extreme weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
• Damage resulting from modifications made to the roof by others after installation
• Normal wear and tear consistent with material lifespan expectations
• Conditions that were disclosed and accepted by both parties prior to installation
• Damage caused by structural issues not related to the roofing work performed

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your written project agreement. For most residential projects, we require:

• No deposit required for inspections or estimate visits
• For repairs: payment due upon completion
• For installations: typically 50% upon material delivery, 50% upon completion
• For insurance claims: we work within the insurance payment schedule

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments over $1,000. We do not accept cryptocurrency.

6. Property Access and Preparation

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide our crew reasonable access to your property and roof during the agreed-upon service window. You agree to:

• Ensure vehicles and moveable obstructions are cleared from the driveway and areas adjacent to your home on service days
• Notify us of any known hazards on or around the property before work begins
• Ensure pets are secured indoors during service visits
• Disclose any known structural concerns, prior repairs, or concealed conditions affecting the roof before work begins

We take reasonable care to protect your property during all service visits, including use of tarps and drop cloths. We are not responsible for minor incidental damage that is unavoidable as part of roofing work (e.g., minor landscaping disturbance from debris or equipment placement). Any significant property damage caused by our crew will be addressed through our general liability insurance.

All content on this website — including text, photography, videos, logos, design, and code — is owned by PeakCraft Roofing, LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission. You may share links to our website and quote brief excerpts (under 50 words) for editorial purposes with attribution.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY ARIZONA LAW, PEAKCRAFT ROOFING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE FROM WHICH THE CLAIM ARISES.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold PeakCraft Roofing, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of our website in violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any applicable law; or (c) any false or misleading information you provide to us.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association — except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property violations or urgent safety matters.

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution by contacting us at info@peakcraftroofing.site and allowing 30 days for response.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for active clients, by email notification at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continued use of our services after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
